Visit to Bashkortostan in september 2011. Rental car from Moscow, via the M7 to Ufa etc. Never rent a car from Hertz. They tried to give me a Renault Logan with 3 bald tires and more dents than a golfbal. The replacement car they gave me after 6 hours was a Renault Logan with 4 soft tires (1.2 bar), worn out brakes, bad suspension and a loose window wiper. You can tell me a lot, but a Logan is not a class B car.
