The Basilica Cistern

An underground structure built in the 6th century, this magnificent cistern is supported by 336 columns, can hold up to 80,000 cubic metres of water and is found at the heart of old Istanbul.

Did not have my tripod on me and took a chance by balancing the camera on the (damp) floor and leaving the rest to luck and a bit of guesswork. After about 10 tries (and cropping about 40% of the image) it finally worked!

Well done - a nice shot of this fabulous place. I also didn't have a tripod with me when I was there, but I pressed the camera up against a pillar here or a against a rail there ... there's usually a way. BTW I like the moment you've chosen for this shot, with something rather vaguely happening at the other end.
