The pandemic was brutal. This was taken when Malaysia declared a travel bubble to a Langkawi, an island north of Malaysia. People who tested negative were allowed to fly there under strict conditions. After almost 2 years of strict quarantine and travel restrictions, this was a welcome relief. Here is Temurun Waterfalls, usually crowded but in the wake of the pandemic, I had this entire place to myself. It was heavenly and one of my best travel memories ever.
