White Pocket

On the Paria Plateau in Nothern Arizona there is a little known spot called White Pocket.
Located past 30 miles of snotty mud and sand "roads" only marked by vague descriptions of arroyos and pinion pine trees.
The area finally opens up to reveal a landscape that really cannot be described. A cross between boiling cauliflower....brains....Swirling caramel and giant oyster shells.
In the distance are the most incredible views all the way to Escalante. From the west edge of the plateau there is a splendorous view far across that one can even figure out the pink cliffs of Bryce Canyon.
