Jim Trumbly is a skilled and ardent satsuki and bonsai fancier. He recently contributed this large collection of excellent satsuki pictures, many of them capturing the variety of blooms on the cultivar in a single picture. Most of the pictures were taken in his garden in Roseville CA, with others taken at Nuccio's Nurseries in Altadena CA, and at bonsai exhibits in Oakland CA and Sacramento CA. Only a few of the cultivars were previously pictured on our website, which makes these pictures particularly useful in giving much richer impressions than the written word.
