This and the next four images were taken at the Ghion Hotel near the shore of Lake Tana. We did lunch there after which my group went on to the Blue Nile Falls. I opted to stay behind and try some bird photography but that plan was revised almost immediately when I sat down to a three hour conversation with some college students. But, I would try again in the morning.
