Markus, the Z8 has a function that automatically moves the focus point forward and takes a picture. You set it for the number of shots you want, and select the stepping increment. Then you take all the images and stack them using either a dedicated stacking software program or something like Photoshop, which can also do it.
Thank you. Nothing other than the usual exposure, contrast, tone adjustments and sharpening/denoising in Topaz Photo AI. The water droplets came from a mini humidifier/misting device, it took several seconds for the droplets to grow to this size.
