Delmarva (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia) has lots of very nice, scenic roads. The week we were there, it rained almost every day but we still managed to ride 235 miles! Mostly flat roads, with lots of great views of the shore, farms, wooded areas, and gorgeous marsh land. Our home base was Ocean City, MD; we drove to the start of the rides from there.
