Participating artists will use their talents to beautify the Coney Island Boardwalk, while encouraging New Yorkers to dispose of their trash in the proper receptacles.

Judges will evaluate the art on its originality, theme, creativity, use of color and overall pizzazz. Winners will be announced at the annual Beach Opening Ceremony at the end of May.
