With the effluent system and the sculpting of the house site done, we thought we were ready for building things rather than digging holes. Har! First part of the "building" is digging the stump holes!

A very impressive structure and enormous progress since I last visited. Just goes to show how much "preparatory" work is involved before the main event and that you need to be patient and far-sighted to endure a project like this.

Hi dad! very impressed at the progress. Bet Suzie is happy things are coming along so well. I think Yash is right - we need a picture of the end result so we know where you're going with all this. Why doesn't he draw one pro bono? Yash? Wish there was a nice green view like your 'winter afternoon' photo here in Bangalore, am missing natural landscapes, but there is no room for such things in a city of 10m. Keep up the good work. Anna
