IJsland 2011 / Iceland 2011

Van 26 t/m 30 Juni 2011 ben ik voor een (korte) vakantie alleen naar IJsland geweest. IJsland is een fascinerend land, dat voor de natuurliefhebber veel te bieden heeft. Naast de prachtige ruige landschappen zijn er volop vogels te zien. Op IJsland broeden ca. 70 soorten vogels, waaronder een aantal die alleen op IJsland voorkomen. Ik heb er een paar fantastische dagen doorgebracht een veel van het land gezien (met name west- en zuid-IJsland), en hoop er ooit nog weer een terug te komen. Hieronder een fotoimpressie van mijn vakantie.

From 26 - 30 June 2011 I visited Iceland for a short vacation on my own. Iceland is a fascinating country, that has a lot to offer to people who love nature. Besides the impressive, rough landscapes there are plenty of birds to see. On Iceland there breed approx. 70 different species, among which a few endemic to Iceland. I spend a few wonderful days and saw quite a bit of the country especially the west and the south of Iceland. I hope to return here someday. Below you will find a photo impression of my trip.

Prachtig begin, ik geniet helemaal mee. Mooie soorten al zeg, een paar soorten weet ik zo ook niet wat het is, sommigen twijfel ik maar de meesten ken ik wel. Ik blijf je uploads volgen. Veel plezier nog van de week. grt Art
