Kent Williams' Oregon Washington Navigation & Railway is a operations oriented N scale layout that will be open during the X2011 West NMRA National Convention, July 3-9, 2011 in the Sacramento, California area. This layout will be featured in the November 2010 Railroad Model Craftsman. Kent is a major OPSIG participant in the western US, models in Northwest USA in N scale, and is a great guy and generous layout owner.
