2014_08_01_ATSF_RSD7_601_construct_1

Santa Fe RSD-7 #601 shell slowly taking shape. Model Power RSD-15 high-nose shell,
stripped with 91% isopropyl alcohol and stiff wire brush.
Then brush-painted Polly Scale Engine Black, with Microscale 60-247 decals.
Certainly I'm not a professional model painter, but hopefully this will serve as inspiration
of what a everyday model railroader can do with a bit of basic tools, time, patience, and enjoyment.
