Local police bring out K9 "Moon Dog" in an effort to lure the most active gang member, Cindi "Big Gun" Moon, into a police sting operation. Police are hoping that Big Gun will trip up the next time she drops her drawers in an attempt to mimic Moon Dog, shown here in a recent police photo demonstrating the proper mooning technique.
