Much to the relief of my panicking sister, we did escape from the Nature Center. I had to hang around until dark to get this night shot of the nature center. My poor sister was sure that we would be locked in for the night and end up spending Christmas Eve with the gators and birds. Unfortunately, we didn't. I could have spent the night in the solitude of the sanctuary.
