I love this astrophoto. I went to a star party the other night and was looking at my charts for something to see when I came across NGC7331 so I decided to point my scope that direction ( 10 inch Dob). Wow,this galaxy is bright....small but bright. when I came home I looked online to see if I could find any images of NGC7331 and came across this photo....WOW Great Astrophoto....one of my favorites now.

How on earth do you get the images so sharp? i have just started and have trouble just geting Arcturas in focus, so that I can then move on to another target like neptune and know that the telescope is focused correctly. i must be missing something here. I am uing a Canon 400d and a 8" Meade SCT.
