SCO

This is a stack of eight, six minute exposures made with an unmodified Canon 350D DSLR. The frames were calibrated and stacked with Deep Sky Stacker. Noise reduction, sharpening and background colour correction done with Paint Shop Pro.

Well done! I have Paint Shop Pro (I won it in a contest). How does it fair compared to Photoshop? I have been using Maxim for calibration and Photoshop for processing my images. I'm always game to try something new.

Excellent image Blair, has almost eerie quality to it. How much post color correction was necessary?
