We recently moved into the lovely village of Mörsdorf which is up in the Hunsrück hills in the Rheinland-Pfalz region of Germany and not far from the town of Kastellaun.

The village is situated midway between the Rhine to the East and the Mosel to the West and both are reachable within a 25 minute drive. We are getting very close to finishing our unpacking and furniture moving in our new house. So, as we have been spoilt with some wonderful sunny weather, I thought I'd wander around the village with my camera.

I will be adding more pictures of the village at a later date but for now here is a glimpse of our new neighbourhood.


Wir haben vor kurzem zog in dem schönen Dorf Mörsdorf, die bis in den Hunsrück in Rheinland-Pfalz, in Deutschland und nicht weit von der Stadt Kastellaun ist.

Das Dorf liegt in der Mitte zwischen dem Rhein im Osten und der Mosel im Westen gelegen und jeweils innerhalb von 25 Autominuten erreichbar sind. Wir werden sehr kurz vor dem Abschluss unserer Auspacken und Möbeltransporte in unserem neuen Haus. So, wie wir es mit einigen wunderbaren sonnigen Wetter verwöhnt worden, dachte ich, ich würde um das Dorf mit der Kamera zu wandern.

Ich werde zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt werden auch weiterhin neue Bilder des Dorfes, aber für jetzt ist hier ein Einblick in unsere neue Nachbarschaft.
