Several major trails are located in this portion of Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). For obtaining clear photographic images, some days are better than others. Usually, there is some haze, though not as much in the dirty-air image. For avoiding an exacerbation of asthma or other pulmonary pathologies (eg, COPD), some days in Rocky are safer than others.
