This image was taken with a Panasonic Fz50 and is presented here to provide a comparison. The prior image was shot with a Canon G9, which in many ways is an excellent, nearly small camera. The two photos were taken from virtually the same location, from which the momentary lighting of the mountains illuminated them well. Thus I used the Fz50's zoom and IS to capture a fair to middling record of the mountain locale presented in this "close up" photo.
