After the Estes Park shuttle delivered me to cabin 8, I was suprised to learn that the repairs appear to be nowhere near finished - despite the fact that I was away more than 2 weeks. There is no running water, no toilet, construction dust covers all that was not covered with plastic. My computer work-station is unavailable for medical-research writing. This situation is occurring as a major science-writing project is occurring.
