Tokyo Imperial Residence

The Imperial Residence in Tokyo is perhaps the most valuable piece of real estate in Japan. It is around 20 minutes' walk from Tokyo Station.

However, since the Imperial Household live and work there, the area is closed to the general public. We could only shoot outside. Inspite of this limitation, many tourists, mainly Japanese, still go there to have their souvenir shots taken.

This was our last attraction in my list of photoshoot destinations for this trip.
