It was our last full day in Hanoi and I still hadn't shot my wish: students wearing ao-dais.

We saw this group of recent university graduates at their souvenir shoot at the Temple of Literature near the Hoan Kiem lake. They gamely posed for me and gave their email addresses to my wife, as I promised to send them their photos. Later on, we met again a smaller group at the lake itself, for another photoshoot. Learning we were from Singapore, they were even more chatty, saying they wish they can visit our country and study further or work there.
