Hoi An is a Unesco World Heritage site, much beloved by both local and international tourists. It is only an hour away from Danang, where our hotel was. The Old town can be covered by foot in half a day.
Some of the buildings date back to the 16th century. The predominant color for the exterior walls is mustard. This reminds us of the buildings in Andalusia, Spain.
