We joined a small group cruise to Ha Long Bay on the boat, Golden Lotus, spending 2 days and 1 night. Ha Long Bay is a 3-hour bus drive from Hanoi. It is a World Heritage site and really deserves its worldwide accreditation. Our cruise included a cave tour, kayaking, swimming, boating through a lagoon, eating and drinking on board. There were numerous boats of all sizes and thousands of visitors during our stay.
