A year has gone. A year where I spent almost 4 months outside Singapore and where I was travelling every month, mainly on work but sometimes on pleasure.
It was my fortune to have spent 10 weeks in Africa--in Namibia, Cape Town, South Africa and Rwanda. I also spent a week in the Netherlands, primarily to visit Keukenhof during spring. I also travelled to the Philippines and went on a cruise with my classmates to Penang, Malaysia and Phuket, Thailand.
My wife and I spent a week in Central Vietnam, visiting Danang, Hue and Hoi An.
I had wanted to visit Patagonia in South America as well as Rajasthan and Agra in India but there was a conflict in my work schedule.
My Nikon D300 was put to full use. I also used a 28-300 mm Nikkor lens, a gift from a good friend. I acquired a point-and-shoot Sony DSC WX7 which I used primarily for video and occasionally for still shots.
