Queen Victoria's bathing machine c. 1846 - it was used to preserve the Queen's modesty when bathing. It was more ornate than usual as it has a veranda at the front from which curtains were hung to concealing her from view as she entered the water. Inside there is a changing room and even a plumbed-in WC.
