OMG! My aunt and I have been fascinated with the shelf-like fungus growing from an old tree stump in her yard. And here it is! So what the heck is it called? The one in her yard is large enough now to provide a comfortable perch for squirrels to sit and eat on. Which provides us with endless hours of entertainment.
