Yep, it's pretty nasty. There was a mix of all sorts of stuff in there. I think I held it down for about 5 minutes then thought I would feel much better if I got it all out again. My mates then kindly threw me off the peir.

I watched one chap do this; it was hilarious! I've never seen anyone chuck like that! The poor fellow was so pissed that he still couldn't walk straight the next morning.
