Beach House

Galveston, Texas

This home on Galveston Island's West Beach was destroyed by Hurricane Alicia in August 1983. After Hurricane Ike in 2008, I was amazed to see it still standing.

Spectacular sky. Amazing that it survived those events. Maybe it has enough holes to allow the flow of water through it. Voted.
