An interesting fake... The real car was owned for its entire life by the owner-driver mr Giuseppe Tambone that raced with the nickname "Tambauto". The chassis was a 2000E that was used in 1973 Italian GT championship then in winter 1973/74 upgraded to RSR 74 with a 2850 engine by Bonomelli Tuning (see it in an Autosprint Italian magazine article dated March 1974). The car was extensively raced only by mr Tambone (Tambauto) in 1974/75 and after Trofeo Intereuropa September 1975 completely disassembled, using the engine/suspension for a Carrera RS 74 chassis that mr Tambone used for the "Giro d'Italia 1975" race number 498, and in the next years for rallying. The old chassis was converted to Rallycross and crushed in 1980.... So #006 0002... Ask to Porsche for the former buyer in winter 1975/76...
