I think you overlook some places in Tokyo that I believe are worth to be visited as well, i.e: Asakusa temple, Meiji Jinggu Shrine, Harajuku, Tokyo tower, Oaso bookstore (Maruzen) and Akihabara (the most famous shops area in Tokyo for electronics products.
