Michelle, Chazzy and I spent the morning climbing the mountain near the head of Lynn Camp Creek in Buchanan County. Best birds of the day were Grasshopper Sparrows, a late Yellow-rumped Warbler, and a trio of Red-shouldered Hawks who had to drive a Broad-winged Hawk from their territory. Warblers included Redstart, Ovenbird, Hooded, Common Yellowthroat, Yellow, Yellow-rumped, Black-and-white, Blue-winged, Black-throated Green, and Parula.
