Anglin Falls - January 2, 2011

Michelle, Chazzy and I enjoyed a nice hike up to Anglin Falls in Rockcastle County this morning. The entrance to the John B. Stephenson Memorial Nature Preserve is hard to find but the falls are well worth the effort. The height of the falls is about 75 feet and with the recent rains it had plenty of water. We were the only ones on the trail and had the preserve to ourselves. It was our first trip to Anglin Falls but plan return visits in the future.

Loved the pictures. I've never been to the falls. Have a daughter and son-in law who live in Richmond. Can you tell me the road and how to get there? Thanks Wendi Allen

Ed, enjoyed the shots. looks like a great place to hike. Views of the falls are outstanding.
