BNW Aqua Maya is a 120,800-square-foot housing complex on Al Marjan Island that faces the sea. The 99 opulent 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments in its two low-rise towers range in size from 845 to 4014 sq ft. The project has received RERA clearance and is currently under prelaunch (July 2025). Construction will begin on October 15, 2025, and the launch will be set for October 02, 2025. The construction will take two years in total, with completion and possession planned for Q4 2027. NA is the RERA number. Bookings are now being handled.
