The area known as the Temple of Heaven is even bigger than the Forbidden City. As we walked through this large park-like area we saw many, many retired people playing board games, singing, dancing, practicing musical instruments, flying kites, and enjoying other forms of recreation. I shot mostly video here, but when I came home the tape was missing. I either accidentally recorded over it, or else dropped it in a hotel room along the way. Very disappointing!
