SELF-SERVICE EMPLOYEE INFORMATION NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE
An Employee Self-Service portal is now available so that team members can access
personal employment information. For example, you can now go online to view and print
your pay statements and W-2 forms. You will be able to change, add, and edit your
Direct Deposit Accounts so you can manage your money. In addition, with this launch
you have the ability to utilize up to five (5) checking and five (5) savings accounts which
provide you more flexibility than ever before. You can view and update personal
information such as address, phone numbers, and emergency contact information as
well as view Benefits information and verify information on your dependents.
One of the future features of Employee Self-Service will be the Career Center where
you can view and apply on-line for internal job openings; register for paperless services
such as receiving your pay stubs and W-2 information via e-mail. There are several
more features in development so be sure to bookmark this site or save to your favorites
because you will want to return.
All employees are encouraged to register for this service. Instructions for registration
are available at the AQOhana Team Members’ Web site, along with online guided tours.

Here are a few important items to remember when registering the first time.

Click on "First Time Users Register Here" To get a User ID and Password

• Our Company Registration Pass Code is (ALOHAIR-1234)

• When registering, they verify all employees by name, Social Security number and

birth date. You must use the name which is printed on your check for registration,

no nicknames please. If you shorten your name or use a nickname, you will not

be able to complete the registration.

• You must have a personal e-mail account. Do not use a public/shared e-mail for

registration. If you do not have a private e-mail account solely in your own name,

you can set up a free account with Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo Mail, etc.

If you are Registered, Login your username and password

For example: User Login: JDoe@ALOHAIR & Password: ********

Click on "MONEY" at the top, then on the next page

In the left margin, click on "Annual Statements", and then under W2, 2008
