What is a the difference between a Reserve F/A & a Bid F/A?
A Reserve Flight Attendant is what a person will be when they first become a flight attendant.
A Reserve Flight Attendant will stand by in the administration building, and they will only be
able to fly if someone calls in sick. So basically they are the ones who cover the Bid Flight Attendant shifts.
A Bid Flight Attendant has the most seniority. They know when they have to work. They get a schedule in like a month in advance.
