This picture was taken on the Clyde Inlet, Baffin Island, Nunavut. While a strong team of dogs was pulling the sled at a high speed on a bumpy and snowy Fjord, Esa, my Inuit guide, was slowly and carefully looking around to make sure we were safe from wild animals. I sensed his knowledge of the territory, his prudence, his calmness, and his capacity to adapt to this climate. Half way turned towards me, I called his name. He then looked at me. Between two bumps, I clicked and took this picture. Beginners luck!
