We enter Etosha (20.000 sq km) at the eastern Von Lindequist Gate and leave by Okaukuejo/Andersson Gate in the south.
All of Etosha is fenced in (860km of fence).
In total there are 4 gates by which to enter/leave, the west Galton Gate is now open since 2014 for all visitors to pass.
We plan 3 nights, one at each of the camping facilities: Namutoni, Halali, Okaukuejo, these are roughly 70km apart.
In the west there is also Olifantsrus to camp, the rest is lodges only.
