This is No. 3-5 Pennington Street. Tak Hing Pawn Shop. It close to the circular walkway. Opposite is the old Hoover Theater. The picture should be taken around 1970. The yellow building still stands today and is owned by the Pawn Shop. The elderly owners refuse to sell or redevelop this old building. It is not likely to last long there anyway. People always say wealth cannot pass 3 generations.

I forgot the name of the streets around. Except going straight it'll turn to King's Road. On the right used to be 'Ho Wah' theatre.

This should be Pennington Street in Causeway Bay. It's now the Regal Hong Kong Hotel on the right side of this picture
