Wonderful Antonis! So festive and cultural. You've captured the mood here.

wonderful mood in this and good contrast for a film pushed to 1600. i like the way
the string of lights leads the eye in.

a wonderful scene, looks like a nice evening celebration outside. i really like the composition, i.e. band on stage and the half circle. left to my poor compositional skills, i would've tried to include the whole circle, which wouldn't have been particularly interesting.
Guest 23-May-2005 06:27
wonderful image, looks like a celebration

Sirtaki????Good scene, Antonis, it reminds me a little of Fellini's films atmosphere as well. Your daily pictures are always a delight to discover.

Great capture, very sharp image for night scene. Is 1600ASA the iso thingy?

I love the string of lights, the curving lines, and the dancing people. A very lively and eye-catching picture.

I also enjoy watching the greek dance this dance. This is so beautiful and when they hold the hands and are all smiles you are able to forget for a while your every day life and you are just part of this festive moods. My mom has been to greek and she told me how wonderful the people were, very hostipital to strangers. Thanks for sharing.
