After a year since the water gate opened to receive water from the ocean, there have been hundreds of different kinds of bird that have migrated here to this wet land. It also became an increasingly popular place for bird watchers and photographers. These pictures were taken at Bolsa Chica, the wet land between Seal Beach and Huntington Beach in Southern California on the very first day with my Canon 40D.
