As suggested by Rob, this is my "not so pro studio"! As you can see, I don't even have the tripod, so I use ladder for one light,
cloth hanger to hold the second and cover it with the bed sheet, car cover for the reflector, vaccum cleaner to hold the other light and the backdrop is not intended to be a backdrop...
I connected the 40D to my laptop and adjust the lighting accordingly to what I saw on the LCD. All these lights cost about a few dollars from the thrift store.
Hopefully I will get some "pro" light soon.

A price of a ladder is costing over $100.00 dollars. - So It's not "a poor man set up lighting" anymore! - Hey! but I love all your fantastic pictures taken by this set up :)) - Job well done! - Thanks for sharing this tip. :)
