Yaziddi man

Ba'adre, Iraq

Today I visited a Yaziddi village to photograph the delivery of
blankets and heaters to the more needy families.
I am not sure how the list is created but am positive that some more needy
people missed out on the handout while others less needy recieved a bonus.
This man asked me several times to get his name registered but
unfortunately for him I have no influence over the distribution list.

As part of my work herein Iraq, I am trying to update a gallery for the children.
Unfortunately it has been very irregular recently.
Please have a look if you have the time.
Some of the photos are outstanding considering most
of the children have never used a camera before.

A very touching story and a real great street portrait. I as well will vote, not only for the image, but what you captured in terms of the mood here.
