A bright winter's day in North Kent, UK. I took a drive along the North Kent coast to get pictures of the Medieval church of St. Mary's at Reculver in Kent, UK. (Reculver was known in Roman times as Regulbium - The Great Headland) The remains of the church can be seen from Herne Bay to the East; to the West it looks across Minnis Bay to Birchington, Westgate and Margate. The two towers are most famous as the aiming point in some of the trials to work up the Bouncing Bombs used in the 1943 raids on the Ruhr Dams.
