Nightshoot at RAF Northolt, on the evening of 18 Oct 2012. Because of extremely heavy traffic on the M25 and A40, I missed the opening 45 min or so of the event. Oh well... This was a rotary only evening. I thought I'd try taking along a fast 50mm lens and try shooting wide open at f/1.4 and ISO 3200 on the D700. The flying pictures are all taken hand-held by hangar light. The others are taken with a D300 on a tripod.
