Yak-52 World Aerobatic Championship (FAI Yak WAC 2014) organized by the Sport Aerobatic Club of South Africa in Mossel Bay at the end of 2014, in December (Summer in the Southern Hemisphere) with Yak-52 pilots from Belgium, Canada, Lithuania, South Africa and Russia.

Pilot of this Yak-52 is Etienne Verhellen, a British Airways Boeing 747-400 (also flew the 'Classic' Boeing 747-100 and Boeing 747-200 for BA) with a photograph in the back-seat during an Air 2 Air sortie during the Photoflying days in Zoersel, Belgium in August 2012.
