Ned and I skinned up a the slope of a tiny (one poma lift) ski area that was closed for the season. This was a nice break from a long driving day as we headed east from the fjordlands on the north side of the ring road. I love that tiny, no-facilities ski areas like this still exist and wish the US had more.
