I got a taxi from the Administrative Centre of the Parque Nacional Torres Del Paine to the Guarderia Lago Grey and walked into Refugio Pingo. Camping is way more preferable than staying in the refuge. The next day I day hiked west to the Mirador Zapata before returning back to my tent near Refugio Pingo.
